The President of the Partnership started the group in Feburary 2000. Initial investments, vision, and capitalization for the company along with skilled management transitioned it from a small private lender to a medium sized lender with multiple investors. The small investors joining a larger group yields a higher return than conventional sources. It is the intent of the Partners to give higher returns than the banks will offer with easy liquidity.

The primary focus  is to raise equity through various investment vehicles (i.e. private placements) for the Partnership's investments.
