The President of the Partnership started the group in Feburary 2000. Initial investments, vision, and capitalization for the company along with skilled management transitioned it from a small private group to a medium sized group with multiple investors. The small investors joining a larger group yields a higher return than conventional sources. It is the intent of the Partners to give higher returns than the banks will offer with easy liquidity through real estate acquisitions.
The Vice President of customer relations has been affiliated with the partnership since 2000. She is a graduate of the University of Florida. She brings with her a professional background in Real estate leasing, a degree in Finance and telecommunications. She is oriented toward public relations. She is affiliated with several Brokerage firms in several areas in the North East US specilaizing in Retail Investment properties and land development. She has a clear understanding of cash flow properties bringing that expertise into the joint ventures the partnership handles for investors.
