I just wanted to tell you that I got a letter in the mail today saying that the house had been sold.  So I went to auditors web site to see what it said and I have to say that for the first time in almost 2 years I finally can breathe and know we can stay.  To see the house out of Lisa's name FINALLY.  You have no idea how happy you, Paul and  OLIGIN PROPERTIES have made one family.   My girls will have a place to call home for good.  John and I can live anywhere but we wanted this for our girls.
We  have started to re-do they yard and making plans to put a master bath and the list goes on, but no major things now of course.   Its  saving time for a while.   One step at a time!!  
Again I want to tell you how GREATFULL  we are!!

We were looking for  a small business loan to buy a landscaping business.  We were retired and had assets in IRA's, 401K's, and a home that we paid cash for but Bank of America could not help us.   We met with the Partnerships local representative and she said no problem.  We collaterilzed our home and in less than 2 weeks had our loan.  James Stuart
