MISSION STATEMENT:  It is the express desire and intent of the Partners to facilitate private funding  on single family residential acquisitions. It is intended  for individuals not able to obtain conventional loans due to marginal credit history or personal circumstances beyond their control.  Historically, the partners have put individuals in homes they would not have been able to acquire, helping them to establish good credit, obtain equity positions and  enabling  them to move on to their next home.  the Partners are a private investment group not a lender.
